What you are buying
EngramLabz turns a maths topic you type into a narrated, animated video. A plan gives you up to a set number of minutes of video each month; each video uses minutes by its length band (short, medium or long), whatever exact length the agent chooses inside it. Top-up packs are one-off purchases of extra minutes, available to subscribers on a paid plan. A free account gets 1 free video a month, up to 3 minutes, 720p, once its email is confirmed, while free videos are available.
Minutes
Plan minutes expire at the end of each billing period. They do not roll over. Top-up minutes never expire; they add to your balance and are used under the limits of your plan. When you submit a video its minutes are used up front; if the render fails, they are refunded to your balance automatically.
Minutes, and the free video, have no cash value and are not transferable or redeemable for money.
Your videos
The videos you generate are yours. Commercial use is included on the Creator and Studio plan; on the other plans, use is personal. You are responsible for the topics you submit and for what you do with the results.
What you may not do
Do not submit anything unlawful, or anything designed to make the renderer produce something unlawful. Do not resell raw access to the generator itself, and do not attempt to disrupt it or work around your plan’s limits.
Billing and cancellation
Plans renew monthly until cancelled. Cancel any time; your plan runs to the end of the period you have paid for and does not renew after that. Payments are handled by Dodo Payments as merchant of record, and their terms apply to the transaction itself.
Refunds
A failed render refunds its minutes automatically: that is the normal path and needs no request. If you stop a render yourself, its minutes come back in full until the voiceover starts, and half of them after that. For anything else, email us; we would rather sort it out than have you dispute a charge.
No guarantees
A machine writes the script and the animation, so the result can be wrong, awkward, or not what you pictured. We do not guarantee accuracy, and the service is provided as is. Nothing here limits rights you have under the law where you live.
