EngramLabz, operated by Avinash Kumar, India. EngramLabz is a Udyam-registered enterprise (UDYAM-JH-19-0035472), India. Write to support@engramlabz.com.

Your email address, and your name and profile picture if you sign in with Google. The topics you type, the videos generated from them, and the settings you chose: length, resolution, theme. Your balance of video minutes and a record of every minute used or refunded.

We do not see your card. Payments are handled by Dodo Payments, who are the merchant of record; we receive only a customer reference and the fact that a payment succeeded, failed or was refunded.

Supabase stores your account and video records. Cloudflare R2 stores the finished videos and images. Microsoft Azure runs the machines that render them. Resend sends transactional email. Dodo Payments handles billing. Vercel serves the site.

Rendering a video involves a language model writing the script and the animation code. The topic you type is sent to that model. Do not put anything confidential in a topic.

To run your account, render what you asked for, charge the right amount, and answer you when something goes wrong. We do not sell it, and we do not use your topics or videos to advertise to you.

Your videos and account data stay until you delete them or close your account. Billing records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require, which is longer than the rest and not something we can shorten.

You can delete individual videos from your library at any time. To delete your account and everything attached to it, email us and we will do it.
